Policies:
Entry
Please make sure there is a key or door code for entry to your home on the day of your cleaning. If we cannot enter the home then you will be charged for half of that day's service.
Cleaning Products
We provide and use all natural Melaleuca products. We do have some tougher products for some of those tougher jobs. If you would like us to use a certain product please discuss this during the quote process so we can be sure to have that product on hand the day of your cleaning.
Schedule
We have a very busy rotating schedule so please allow a 1-2 hour widow for your cleaning services. Cleaning hours are:
8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Safety
For the safety of our team members we do not allow anything above 40 lbs to be moved. We will not move heavy furniture. If you would like cleaning behind some heavy furniture please move it prior to our arrival.
Payments
All payments are due upon the day of your service. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Paypal, Check and Venmo. Any returned, cancelled, or bounced checks will require a $40 processing fee that will be added to your next cleaning.
If you can provide us with a invoice or billing statement from another insured licensed and bonded company we will beat or match that price for your cleaning!
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your scheduled appointment we would appreciate a 48 hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning than you will be charged for half the amount of the service that day.
If you are permanently cancelling your future cleanings we would like a one to two week notice.
Breakage or Loss Policy
If you have a claim for something that was damaged during your cleaning, please email Kara at Karadkleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours.
Monthly Client Winners
Once a month I will draw a regular scheduled clients name to win 50% of their next cleaning! Please stay connected through this website of Facebook to see the drawing.
If you are unhappy with the cleaning service you received, please reach out within 24 hours and I will send a second team out free of charge to fix anything that may have been missed. There are no refunds for services provided.
